Scope of Work


The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company required the design-build of class rooms and faculty offices, a dining hall and central kitchen, and a gymnasium and sports halls.
The project was designed in two phases, with Phase I (Classrooms and faculty offices) handed over in 24 weeks. This short time frame included the design, detailing, shop drawings, approvals, execution, and snagging of the project. This building comprises of two floors designed with a combination of cast in-situ and pre-cast concrete.

Phase II (the dining hall and gymnasium buildings) was handed over in 32 weeks. The dining hall facilities also comprise of two floors, designed of cast in-situ concrete, and caters to 600 people. The facades are of granite stone cladding, sloped glass curtain walls and glazing.
