Richard holds a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from the Lebanese University and a Master’s degree in Construction Financial Management from Herriot Watt University. He is also LEED AP and PMP certified.

Habib held various managerial positions from Senior Business Development Manager, Tendering Manager before his promotion to VP. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Lebanese University, a Master’s Degree in Quantity Surveying from Herriot Watt University, and an MBA in Finance from the American University of Dubai. He is also LEED AP certified.

Thanos joined Amana in January 2020. He is responsible for setting and executing the digital strategy to promote business growth, ensure data and system resiliency, foster business agility and operational readiness across the group. Thanos is a Chartered Fellow of the British Computer Society. He also holds a B.Sc. in Computer Information Systems from The American College of Greece, and an MBA in Information Management from the University of Hull Business School (UK).

Fahd joined AMANA in January 2021 with over 20 years of experience in the Middle East. In his current role as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Fahd leads the transformation of the Group’s HR strategy. Prior to this, Fahd held senior strategic HR roles with Philip Morris and Booz&Co (now Strategy&), and Al Ghurair Investments, among others. Fahd holds an MBA from Schiller International University in the UK.

Najy Hafza has over 25 years of international experience and a proven track record in delivering superior financial management and financial results in the oil and gas industry. Prior to his role at AMANA as Chief Financial Officer, Najy held senior leadership and finance management roles in Asia, Australia, Europe, Middle East and the United States.

He holds a bachelor’s of business administration from Edith Cowan University in Australia. Najy also holds a diploma in advanced finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a diploma in executive development from the IMD Business School in Switzerland.
