Located between the Hyatt Plaza and Sport City on Al Waab Street of Doha, the Villagio Mall is one of the latest and largest shopping malls in Doha.
The mall has an Italian theme, with fake sky interiors, representing the dusk in Tuscany. The interior plan is an organic Curvilinear form that uses street metaphor to unit and connect variously themed elements and districts. Each portion of the mall signifies different times of the day with a small canal running through the center of the mall, complete with gondola. The exterior design reflects an Italian hill town in form, scale, materials and color.
