The G+2 Takreer Research Center, part of the ADNOC Petroleum Institute Campus, consists of labs, workshops, pilot plant, gas bunker and offices in addition to all related MEP services and infrastructure. The pilot training area was uniquely constructed to ensure the surrounding environment (glazing, fittings and doors) were impervious to explosions (blast proof).
The research center is expected to enhance ADNOC’s performance in various operations including refining of crude oil, supply of petroleum products and production of granulated sulfur in compliance with domestic and international specifications. Through this center, Takreer will also provide a boost to employment opportunities for UAE national workforce by equipping them with the requisite skills.
