The built-up area of the facility is approximately 15,400 square meters and required 350 tons of steel and 14,000 cubic meters of concrete to construct. Constructed on a fast-track basis over 300 days, the testing and commissioning of the chillers and pumps was able to commence on day 254. The integrated efforts of all companies involved was essential to achieve the necessary milestones.
