The 19,000 square meter facility, located at Messaieed Industrial City, was constructed on a turnkey basis and was completed within 12 months. Amana was awarded the project thanks to major value engineering alternatives proposed to the client, thus providing QICC with greater value at a lower cost.
The fact track project consisted of five intermediate milestones which allowed the client to commence the machinery installations while construction of the facility was still ongoing.
