The 23,000 square meter high-tech pre-engineered steel buildings (PEB) factory built on over 125,000 square meters of land and, will produce (at full capacity) 6,000 tons of PEB per month. The facility is equipped with two high-capacity beam auto welders, two shot blasters, two fully-automated painting machines, one shear, one plasma-cutting machine, plate processing machinery and a vast range of sophisticated material handling systems.
Amana deployed 10 traveling JIB cranes; considered a rarity in the UAE, in order to meet the 7-month construction deadline. JIB cranes provide quick installation and allow the cranes to be setup near other obstructions without compromising their 360 degree mobility.
