This project entails the construction of 5 warehouses with a total built-up area of 22,000 square meters. The warehouses are Al Zahra’s landmark structure as they were completed with high quality finishing, which included sandwich panels for higher energy efficiency (to handle large daily swings in temperature), and an ideal structural system that eliminates the need for beams and columns along the walls and provides greater durability.
The project was completed in a record 11 months.
