This facility contains a number of key design features including an 18,750 square meter very narrow aisle (VNA) storage area in addition to a 4,800 square meters of cold stores with insulated floors.
The building is a pre-engineered with a large clear space and a height of 18 meters. As a high-demand distribution center, the facility is built with 35 loading docks to accommodate rapid product movement.
The center is enclosed by a decorated boundary wall with extensive landscaping. The project also includes an air conditioning system, a firefighting system, a fire hydrant system, and a closed-circuit surveillance system.
