The 8th Phase of these Light Industrial Units was awarded to Amana on a fast track basis. This development is composed of various rental units used for light industries and general warehousing for companies in the free zone.
Previous phases of this development, constructed by other contractors were constructed in over 12 months durations and consistently ran into delays. As a result and because of Amana’s proven record in delivering fast track projects on a competitive basis, the client awarded the contract to the company on a 10-month basis.
The project consists of 21 independent buildings with a total built up area of 64,000 square meters on a plot of 159,000 square meters.
