This warehouse for Agility Logistics is the first cold stores facility with such a large capacity in the state of Qatar. The project is comprised of over 11,000 square meters of cold stores, freezer rooms, offices, and accommodation blocks.
The project is equipped with dock levelers, dock shelters, and super-flat slabs required for the very narrow aisle (VNA) shelving and forklift system.
Amana was awarded this project on a design-build basis in order to achieve the challenging combination of a tight completion schedule, high quality requirements, and on budget delivery.
