This project, located in the south side of the Jebel Ali Free Zone, consists of a warehouse that has a built-up area of approximately 17,000 square meters, which includes 150 square meters of finished offices. These facilities were completed in a record seven months. The duration included the time allocated for soil improvement prior to building the structure.
The project was built utilizing 530 metric tons of hot rolled steel. The warehouses were constructed to meet the requirements of a growing industrial sector.
