The project comprises of three (3) Kindergarten Schools of similar designs in the following areas in Abu Dhabi:
- Abu Dhabi Island Kindergarten
- Al Shawamekh Kindergarten
- Al Rahba Kindergarten
All Kindergartens are only ground floor and accommodate approximately 360 students within 18 classrooms. The kindergarten are supported by offices, library, special education, physical education, break-out spaces, and a small cafeteria. In addition, there is a nursery space, as well as outdoor learning spaces, parking, drop-offs and other external areas.
The GFA of each these kindergartens is approximately 5,000 square meters and each was handed over within a fast-track period of 8 months, prior to the start of the new acamdemic year.
The buildings have achieved Two (2) Pearls Estidama Ratings and will also include CCTV security systems, PA/Music systems and the BMS system in addition to other MEP service requirements such as the fire alarm and firefighting equipment as prescribed by the prevailing government codes.
