The 58,500 square meter cast in-situ concrete structure will house QTel’s technical and customer care facilities consisting of a basement level, a ground floor with two additional floors and a penthouse. With construction beginning immediately on what is considered to be a time-challenging project, Amana expects handover to be completed in 18 months.
