This multipurpose showroom and warehouse is strategically located in the Al Hamra area of Ras Al Khaimah, a fast expanding area devoted to industry and commercial developments.
The building has a built-up area of around 4,300 square meters and is situated on a high-traffic roadway providing the end-user with great visibility.
As a single facility, the showroom is designed to ensure clear visibility of products on display while the warehouse in the rear provides maximum storage space. In addition, Amana’s design allows the premise to be used for a wide-range of commercial activities ranging from a car sales showroom to a full-fledged supermarket.
