This project is part of the recent housing projects tendered and managed by the Public Authority of Housing Welfare. Located in the new city being developed, Jaber Al Ahmed City, the project is part of a main contract consisting of 1,475 villas/houses, 14 buildings and public buildings to cater to the area.
The project is divided into phases:
- Phase 1: 1 Kindergarten
- Phase 2: 1 Additional Kindergarten
- Phase 3: 1 Intermediate School and 1 Secondary School
- Phase 4: 1 Additional Intermediate School and a Kindergarten
The completion of each kindergarten shall be within 14 months from handing over the plot to Amana and the completion of each of the other schools will take place within 20 months from start of work.
