The Business Innovation Center is a multi-storey building constructed for the Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone Authority. It is strategically located in the Daffan Al Nakheel area of Ras Al Khaimah, a fast expanding area devoted to hi-tech businesses and industries. The building has a state-of-the-art infrastructure and a superior leisure and entertainment facility. This is the first building in the UAE constructed with Hambro Composite Floor Joist Systems. The building is designed to reflect an illusion on the steel structural elements that comprise the structure.
