Located on Dubai’s Jumeriah Beach Road, the four level building will house Dubai Bank’s Jumeriah Branch as well as back offices. Construction of the building is spread over 6,450 square meters consisting of basement, ground, mezzanine and first floor levels. The total area of the land is 3,000 square meters.
The building, a trademark design by NAGA, required three months of fit-out work before it was handed over.
