Al Wadi Compound is composed of 85 Villas located at Khartiyat in the capital of Qatar, Doha. The compound comprises of three types of Duplex Villas (2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms and 4 bedrooms) in addition to an administration building, swimming pool, courtyard, and play area.
The main concern in the design and construction of these villas was the substitution of the conventional design with hollow core slabs and reinforced concrete cement skeleton, and in the construction of the facility within the client’s budget.
