This project is a logistics facility constructed to efficiently co-ordinate the transportation and transfer of fruits and vegetables to both the local and regional markets. The development comprises of 27 buildings on a total plot area of 1,000,000 square feet. The project was built on a fast track basis, where the first phases were handed over within 90 days. This facility includes various buildings; administrative offices with high finishes, warehousing units with designated operational offices; and standard raised level loading and unloading open-shed structures.
