The landmark project, located on the Jebel Ali—Lahbab Road within the Dubai Investment Park, consists of a 38,650 square-meter central warehouse, an 11,650 square-meter tire storage area, 1,650 square meters of ancillary buildings and 2,100 square meters of office space.
The structures’ space frame works are designed to provide large storage space. The office area is elevated above the other structures and is finished with glazing, composite aluminum cladding and honeycomb panels with specially designed landscaping to enhance the elevation.
