A landmark project located in Jebel Ali Free Zone along the Sheikh Zayed Road, this distinguished facility reaches a height of 18.2 meters with a total built-up area of 12,000 square meters, on a plot of 15,000 square meters.
As the central distribution hub for heavy equipment and spare parts, this design-build facility was specifically developed by Amana to maximize the storage space by using a combination of multiple mezzanines and a central crane.
The external construction of the building is enhanced by a simplistic approach, using a combination of glazing, composite aluminum cladding and pre-cast panels.
