This equestrian facility is located in the Arabian Ranches community amidst residential villas and other facilities. The project consisted of eight typical stables, two accommodation facilities, a store, a service block and an electrical substation. The sub and superstructures are designed in concrete, with a steel structure roofing system. The external appearance provides a local heritage-look complete with custom-made wooden doors and ironmongery. The facility is fitted with rubber flooring, feeding areas and other equestrian accessories. The project was completed with paddock areas, water supply and drainage systems.
