Chebel Bsaibes - The CEO & President of Amana Contracting and Steel Buildings, Chebel is the founder of the company. He has over 27 years of experience in the design and construction of industrial projects. Prior to founding Amana in 1993, Chebel worked for Kirby Building Systems, Kuwait, Zamil Steel Buildings – Saudi Arabia, and Sahara Building Construction – Saudi Arabia. He holds an honors degree in Industrial Engineering and Industrial Management from The University of Nottingham, UK.
	Riad Bsaibes - Riad is the Chief Operating Officer of the Amana Group. He joined Amana in 1999. With a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) in 1991 and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School in 2001, Riad re-joined the Dubai operations of Amana Contracting and Steel Buildings after serving as the Deputy General Manager of Amana Abu Dhabi. Riad also worked with Corning Inc. (Massachusetts, USA) as Marketing Manager and with Schlumberger Oilfield Services for seven years in various managerial positions throughout the Gulf.
	Tony Bsaibes - Tony is the Chief Information Officer. He joined Amana in 1996 and prior to his appointment with the Group he worked with Alumino del Caroni (subsidiary of Reynolds Aluminum) for over 10 years in various managerial positions. He has assumed several positions within the Amana Group including Administration Manager and Deputy General Manager of Amana Abu Dhabi. Tony graduated in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Universidad Simon Bolivar in Venezuela.
	Usama Shair - Usama is the Chief Financial Officer. He joined the Amana Group in February 2006. Prior to his appointment he was the Director of Corporate Governance and Compliance at Shaheen Business and Investment Group, a leading conglomerate operating in the US, Europe, Middle East and North Africa. In addition, he has 16 years of experience as the Head of Business Assurance, Tax and Legal in the Dar Al Handasah Group. Usama holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (UK and Ireland), a member of the Chartered Management Institute (UK), a Fellow of the Arab Society of Certified Accountants (Jordan), a member of the European Corporate Governance Institute and an Honorary member of the Empire Who's Who Registry of Executives and Professionals.
