Amana Contracting and Steel Buildings has been awarded the contract to construct a Lulu Hypermarket shopping center at Khasab in the Sultanate of Oman.

With a total built up area of 13,500 square meters, this facility is spread out across 40,000 square meters of land and consists of the hypermarket, a food court, service rooms and a car park.

This project follows on the contract awarded to Amana in November 2008 for the construction of a Lulu Hypermarket in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. In addition, Amana had successfully completed the construction of the Lulu Hypermarket in Ajman (United Arab Emirates) in December 2003.
